Delivery charges:

Delivery charges are based on the final weight of the parcel and determined by Australia Post postage rates. Postage is added at the later stage of the ordering process. 

Select the items you require, click on 'Purchase Now' enter 'Your Details' (including country) then the next screen automatically calculates the postage. 

This process is required to provide the correct calculation, based on the total weight and the country to be sent to. 

A reliable and cost-effective service is provided by Australia Post - all deliveries are sent via the delivery option you have chosen. Australia postage options include Regular postage and Express postage. International postage options include Airmail and sea mail.

Note:  A new charge has been introduced in the United States of America (USA) for articles over 500g, so Australia Post has added an additional $9 security surcharge. This additional process may cause transit delays of up to 48 hours.

Note: Free delivery only applies to orders posted within Australia with a total cost of $150 and over. At this present time we are finding shipping overseas is not only expensive but unreliable so unfortunately we have ceased this until further notice.

Returns policy:

Your satisfaction is important to us.  If the yarn is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of its arrival and we will replace it. Yarn must be returned in original condition as received.

We do not accept returns on patterns, needles or books. 

Please contact us by phone or email prior to returning goods as we do not accept returns without first discussing your concerns. 
In the event that we do not have enough stock to complete your order, we will email or phone you to advise. You may wish to have your requested items back-ordered at that point, take part delivery or cancel the order.

Please note that it can take between 10 and 28 days to re-stock from some overseas suppliers.
